Account & Data Deletion Policy

🗑️ How to Delete Your Account

Open FunZone Kids
Launch the app on your Android device.

Go to Settings
Tap the ⚙️ Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll to "Account"
Scroll down to the Account section at the bottom of Settings.

Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm your choice in the dialog that appears. You may be asked to sign in with Google again for security verification.

Deletion is immediate
Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted right away. This action cannot be undone.

⚠️ This is permanent. Once deleted, your game progress, coin balance, and achievements cannot be recovered.

📋 What Data Is Deleted vs Kept

Coin balance & transaction history Deleted Immediately

Anonymous analytics (no PII) Aggregated Up to 90 days
Crash reports (no PII) Aggregated Up to 90 days

Analytics and crash data retained for up to 90 days contain no personally identifiable information (PII) and are used only for app quality improvement.

✉️ Can't Access the App?

If you're unable to open the app to delete your account, email us and we will process the deletion for you within 7 business days.
